2020 ORDERING INFORMATION:

FRESH FROM THE DOCK: We currently only fulfill online orders at the dock with Friday afternoon pick-ups from 12pm-4pm and Saturday morning pick-ups from 9am-12pm. The dock is located at 178 Cottage Rd, Madison, CT. You cannot see the dock until you pull around the side of The Boat Center towards the river. SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

ORDERING vs RESERVING: We provide two options of placing orders. Online ordering entails paying online at the completion of your order to further reduce contact during the transaction upon pick-up. Reserving an order online allows you to place an order and pay upon order pick-up using either cash or via Venmo (@IndianRiverShellfish). 

PLACE AN ORDER AND PAY NOW: To place your order online with online payment, please use our online ordering system. Please contact us for special inquiries. 

RESERVE AN ORDER AND PAY UPON PICK-UP: To reserve your order online and pay upon pick-up, place an order as usual but use the code RESERVE during checkout. This will allow you to place your order with the understanding you will pay in full (the amount prior to applying the code) when picking up your order. You can pay with cash, card or via Venmo (@IndianRiverShellfish). Please contact us for special inquiries. 

HEADS UP!: There are days when we cannot get out to harvest, although we try our hardest to make the schedule work perfectly, sometimes it isn’t that easy with things like the weather. We will do our best to communicate with you about your order in the event of an early, delayed or cancelled harvest.
